Choices, that's really all life is. A long list of
choices. We decide where to live, what kind of house to buy, what kind
of car to drive, who to marry, what insurance plan is best, on and on it
goes.
But will you make the most important decision of your
life? Will you accept Jesus as the only Son of God, and the only door to
eternal life? I promise you, He is real, He is alive and He is soon to
return!! The signs of the end are everywhere. Make your plans now to
spend eternity with Jesus.
First - You need to be saved: "For all have sinned
and come short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23. "Except a
man be born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God." John 3:3.
Second - You cannot save yourself: "Not by works
of righteousness that we have done, but according to His mercy He saved
us." Titus3:5.
Third - Jesus has provided for your salvation:
"Who (Jesus) His own self bare our sins in His own body on the
tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness; by
whose stripes ye were healed." 1 Peter 2:24. "For God so loved
the world that he gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in
Him should not perish but have everlasting life." John 3:16.
Fourth - You must accept Jesus for Salvation:
"Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved,"
Acts 16:31. "But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to
become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name."
John 1:12. "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord
Jesus, and shalt believe in thy heart that God hath raised Him from the
dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto
righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto
salvation." Romans 10:9-10.
Fifth - Now is the time to accept Jesus as Saviour:
"Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of
salvation." 2 Corinthians 6:2 "As the Holy Ghost saith, Today
if ye will hear His voice, harden not your heart." Hebrews 3:7-8.
This is just the beginning of a wonderful new life in
Christ. To deepen this relationship you should:
1. Read your Bible everyday to know Christ better.
2. Talk to God in prayer every day.
3. Tell others about Christ.
4. Worship, fellowship, and serve with other Christians in a church
where Christ is preached.
5. As Christ's representative in a needy world, demonstrate your new
life by your love and concern for others.
If you have asked Jesus to save you, we will be looking forward to
meeting you in Heaven.
